The President of the Municipal Port Fund of Thira announces: The holding of a discount auction for the lease of a property to house the service and storage space under the following conditions:

1. 1. Those interested should submit a file to the Eligibility Committee with the supporting documents mentioned in the issue of the announcement by April 18, 2013, in order for the Eligibility Committee to check the properties.
   1. 2. The auction will take place at the offices of the Municipal Port Fund of Thira before the competent committee, on a day and time to be determined by the President by sending invitations to the owners whose properties will be deemed suitable by the suitability control committee.< /li>
   2. 3. The property under lease is proposed to be located on the Fira Pyrgos road, to have easy access and to meet the conditions as stated in the announcement issue, which interested parties can pick up from the offices of the DLTTH.< /li>
   3. 4. The property must be in good condition and have spaces suitable for housing the service and central warehouse of the LTTH.
   4. 5. The duration of the lease is for ten (10) years and starts from the date of signing the protocol of receipt of the property. The payment of the rent starts from the date of installation of the service in the lease, which is evidenced by the receipt of the property and is paid at the end of each quarter.
   5. 6. The maximum monthly rent is set at the amount of eight thousand euros (€8,000.00)
   6. 7. In order for someone to be admitted to the auction, he must submit to the auction committee as a guarantee a Letter of Deposit Recommendation of the Deposits and Loans Fund or a letter of guarantee from a recognized bank or a certificate of the Deposits and Loans Fund for deposit to it by the one who wishes to take part in the auction or another acting on behalf of the tenderer, an amount equal to 10% of the annual bid.
   7. 8. The last bidder is obliged, within ten (10) days from the notification of the result of the auction, to come with his guarantor to draw up and sign the contract, otherwise the guarantee he has deposited will be forfeited in favor of of the DLTTH, without judicial intervention, and a re-auction is carried out at the expense of him and his guarantor and the difference that will arise between the new lease and the first auction will be at the expense of both.
